What We Buy From Liverpool
T700 Supply Is Tight — Liverpool Is Where We Source Most
Liverpool is our highest-volume collection area for the current-generation Acorn and Brooks 130 T700 — the model families most want for reconditioned installs. If you have a T700 and are ready to sell, we are the fastest route to a fair cash price without the hassle of national buy-back renegotiation or Facebook no-shows.
Top priority: Acorn / Brooks 130 T700. £300 cash working, £150 non-working. See our dedicated Acorn T700 and Brooks T700 pages for full detail on identifying your model.
Also buying: Classic Acorn 130 (£200), Stannah 260 curved (£400–£800 depending on rail length), Stannah 420 straight (£100–£150), free removal on older models (Acorn 120, Starla, Minivator).

How It Works
Three Steps From Call To Cash
Take a photo of the chair. For Acorn/Brooks, also photograph the underside sticker (NOT the arm — the T700 marking is on a sticker under the carriage). Text to 0151 314 4884.
Usually 3–5 days. Same-day possible for genuine urgency — bereavement, house completion, hospital discharge. We work around your schedule.
Chris or an engineer arrives, confirms the chair matches the photo, hands over cash, removes lift and rail. 15 minutes. Signed receipt.

Selling Your Liverpool Stairlift — FAQs
Do you collect from anywhere in Liverpool?
Yes — every L postcode from L1 to L25. We cover the city centre, both ends of the river, the eastern suburbs out to Childwall and the southern suburbs out to Woolton. Our van is in Liverpool multiple times a week for both installs and collections.
How quickly can you collect from a Liverpool address?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days. Same-day or next-day collection is realistic for genuine urgency — bereavement, house completion deadlines, hospital discharge requiring stair access cleared. Phone Chris and he will plan around your schedule.
Which stairlift model pays the most?
The current-generation Acorn or Brooks 130 T700 at £300 cash. It is the model most in demand for reconditioning so we pay the top rate. See our model identification guide on the Acorn T700 page — the T700 marking is on a sticker on the underside of the carriage, not on the arm.
Can you help with a probate collection in Liverpool?
Yes, we handle a lot of these across Liverpool. We can meet executors or solicitors at the property, work around estate agent viewings, provide a signed receipt made out to the estate, and plan collection around a completion date. Call Chris to arrange timings.
What if my Liverpool property is a tenement flat or has access issues?
Access matters more than lift value here. If the stairlift is in a hard-to-reach flat (narrow landings, difficult parking, multiple floors) tell Chris on the quote call so we can plan properly. Sometimes two engineers are needed instead of one. No extra charge for access difficulty if we can plan for it in advance.
Do I get written confirmation of the price before collection?
Yes if you want it. Chris can text or email a brief confirmation of the agreed price before collection day. We do not require a signed quote — a verbal agreement is enough on our end — but written is yours for the asking.
What about selling on Facebook Marketplace instead?
Possible, but weigh the hassle. On Facebook you need to list, field 20+ messages (most of whom disappear), arrange collection, risk no-shows. Our £300 is firm, cash on the day, zero chase. We walk you through the full honest comparison in our UK stairlift seller’s guide.
Can I sell a non-working stairlift?
Yes. A dead battery is not a problem — we replace batteries routinely, so a non-working T700 is still worth £150. A dead motor or circuit board is more serious; we still take it, usually £100–£150 for parts. Damaged lifts with missing parts: free removal plus a small goodwill payment.
