From Free Survey to Fitted Lift
Chris visits, measures your exact staircase (width, angle, turns, obstructions), and shows you the lift options on the day. No pressure, no cost, no obligation.
You get an exact, all-in price in writing — including any hinge or shortened rail requirement. No travel charges, no call-out fees, no doorstep surprises.
Straight lifts: the rail is cut to your staircase, batteries checked and the lift is ready to fit. Curved lifts: the brand-new custom rail is fabricated (2–4 weeks).
Chris fits the lift personally — typically 2–4 hours for a straight staircase — safety-tests every function on your stairs, then demonstrates it with the user until they are confident. See our full timeline guide.
