My husband was involved in a motor accident and the only way for him to be discharged was for a Stair lift to be

I approached a couple of suppliers but what a big difference when I contacted Chris
1. He came to our house assessed the space for the stair lift and said he could fit one. My PANIC over as my husband really wanted to come home.
2. Chris Was very thorough and explained everything to me. Gave me a price Which was absolutely amazing and reassurance that if I had a problem I was just to ring him
3. I rang him when I was told My husband could come home. To my delight Chis was able to install the stair lift within 2 days
As you can imagine my husband was delighted. What a surprise when he came home and was very very impressed with the installation and quality of the equipment.
Even the Pysiotherapist was impressed.
4. The installation was carried out and the lift installed within a couple of hours.
5. The quality of the lift is impressive.
The chair is excellent, comfortable and so easy to use.
It is also so quite when in operation and you have a good feeling of being safe.
6. The lift was fitted onto the stairs by screws being place into the carpet and has done no damage to the New carpet we had recently put in.
7. The whole structure of the Stair lift is excellent. The quality of the metal on the carrying bar is excellent too and you feel very safe when using it. Chris managed to get the metal bar in a colour to match the decor. How brilliant is that. !!!! Also the bar is not too intrusive still plenty of space for walking up and down the stairs.
8. Again the quality of the carrying seat is excellent too. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Very comfortable. You feel safe!!!
And takes your weight without any problem.
9. We have had 2 call outs and we were amazed Chris arrived within 10 minutes
WHAT Service is that. 👏 👏 they were minor faults and Chris repaired them.
My husband and I can only say how glad I shopped around. To meet Chris a supplier who is very knowledgeable about Stair lifts but also very caring. Took time to explain everything and offers such a Brilliant after sales Service is just AMAZING.
We would have no hesitation in recommending him and his Company.

Quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it.

Brilliant service from Chris! We had a stairlift installed by another company and it was absolutely shocking and constantly broke. I reached out to Chris and he responded swiftly. Came out 12 hours later and quoted for a full new lift. I was shocked when he said he would be back the next day to fit the new lift!
Arrived at the agreed time and completed the install very quickly with no disruption.
Very professional and a full debrief was given on how to use the lift.
Both lifts work fantastic and I wouldn't use anyone else now!
